Pumpkin seeds contain 35%–64% oil and are rich in phytosterols, zinc, vitamin E, and carotenoids. Cold pressing is the mainstream method for high-end health products, while hot pressing, solvent extraction, and supercritical fluid extraction are secondary methods.

Complete Process Flow

1. Raw Material Pretreatment: Pumpkin seeds are washed and impurities removed → Low-temperature drying (moisture ≤6%, temperature <55℃, no baking) → Vibrating sieve → Shelling to obtain pure kernels → Manual removal of moldy seeds

2. Core Cold-Pressure Process: Kernel is lightly crushed and rolled into embryos; the entire pressing chamber temperature is ≤60℃, without steaming or high-temperature heating; low-temperature physical pressing using a spiral press.

3. Crude Oil Refining (Simplified Low-Temperature Processing): Crude oil is centrifuged to separate residue → Low-temperature degumming → Low-temperature winterization dewaxing → Precision filtration; no high-temperature deodorization, no deep alkali refining.

4. Light-proof, airtight packaging

Key Features

Color: Natural deep rose red/dark green, light nutty aroma

Nutrition: Fully retains sterols, zinc, vitamin E, and polyphenols; extremely low loss of active substances

Oil Yield: Relatively low, residual oil in cake residue 7%–10%, high cost

Usage: Only suitable for cold dishes, direct consumption, or drizzling over vegetables. Strictly avoid high-temperature cooking. Refrigerate after opening.
